Rental Rates
NUMBER OF GUESTS STAYING: Prices shown are for two guests staying. For additional guests, there is an additional fee of £13 per day per person (to cover extra electricity, water, laundry & cleaning, costs etc).
Children: Sorry, we don't accept bookings with children under 13 years old.
Changeover Day: We are flexible and can accept bookings for any day of the week so you can benefit from cheaper flights.
Length of stay: We also accept stays of longer and shorter than exact weeks, depending on the season. Extra days are charged pro-rata of the weekly rate.
Arrival & Departure Times: Arrival at the apartment is normally after 4:00 pm, with departure by 10:00 am, unless otherwise pre-agreed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy: Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept card payments.
We DO accept payment by bank transfer. We also accept payment by PAYPAL (where you can set your payment method to credit card).
We can accept payment in GBP or Euros
If you wish to pay by credit card you can still book this property via our ad on the VRBO website, although please be aware the prices may differ slightly. Also, VRBO incur an additional service fee on all bookings made via their site. VRBO listing

A 25% DEPOSIT SECURES YOUR DATES. THE REMAINING BALANCE + Refundable Damage Deposit / Security Bond of £150 is due 8 weeks before departure.
Your £150 Damage Deposit is returned to you after your stay, provided there is no serious damage or loss of keys etc. (We accept occasionally a glass may break and we ignore this kind of small damage.)
Use of air-conditioning and SECURE WIFI INTERNET is INCLUDED in the price. End clean and laundry is included (see note above re. 2+ guests). Guests need to bring their own beach towels.
NO SMOKING or pets allowed. Sorry, NO BBQs on the terrace due to unacceptable fire risk.
